Director of Sales Operations
Caroline began her career in the music industry at EMI and Warner Music Group coordinating the sales and marketing of their classical music and opera labels (EMI Classics, Virgin Classics, Teldec, and Erato).
She later worked at Sony Music Entertainment’s catalog label, Legacy Recordings, where she worked on vinyl and compilation releases including. Caroline also worked at Sony’s independent distributor, The Orchard, managing catalog label relations and digital release schedules.
Looking to work more closely with artists and creators, Caroline accepted a position with Filmbuff where she worked directly with producers, directors, and filmmakers to ensure the release of their films was successful.
Following Filmbuff’s acquisition, Caroline worked for Deluxe Media coordinating subtitling and dubbing for Netflix and HBO content. She also worked with startups in film, technology, and mental health including We Got POP, NOCD, and UTOPIA Distribution.
In 2021 Caroling started working as the Director of Sales Operations for ThinkAlike Media. She lives in Chicago with her dog Luna and enjoys cooking and hiking.
